Changes in Orders:

After a down payment is made, it is considered mutual agreement of the acceptance of your order as written in your contract. Any changes need the consent of Gazebos Plus.

Price Changes and Errors:

Prices quoted on an estimate are guaranteed for 30 days. However, clerical errors are subject to correction. After 30 days prices are subject to change without notice.

Canceling an Order:

Orders that are canceled 3 or more business days after being received in our office will lose the deposit made on that order. Orders may not be canceled one week prior to your delivery date.

Shipping and Delivery Dates:

Our gazebos come in kit form, broken down for easier shipping. A standard gazebo can be shipped on the back of a full-size pickup truck, or acceptable size trailer. You may want someone on hand to help you to unload your order. If anything in your shipment arrives damaged it is your responsibility to contact us within 48 hours. Delivery dates are setup with the utmost care, and assurance to our customer that they will have their gazebo on time. There are, however, instances when circumstances beyond our control effect our delivery dates. The inability of our suppliers to furnish lumber and hardware to our business may affect the delivery date, but our terms are not affected by a delay.

Assembly:

Since our gazebos are shipped unassembled, you will receive a set of easy to read installation instructions and all the hardware needed for assembly. They can be assembled in 6-12 hours by a non carpenter. Gazebos Plus assumes no responsibility for gazebos not installed with compliance of the installation instructions. The customer agrees not to hold Gazebos Plus liable for any improper installation done by the customer. Customers within our area may have the option of having their gazebo installed by our own contracted carpenter.
